Skytop Lodge announced today that its Lakeview Dining Room is now open to the public, offering dinner seasonally Tuesdays through Saturdays from 6 to 9 p.m. Lakeview’s new chef Aimee Patel comes to Skytop with extensive culinary experience, having worked under acclaimed chefs like Masaharu Morimoto at his namesake restaurant.

Internationally recognized golfer, Arnold Palmer died on Sunday, September 25 at the age of 87. The Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort especially mourns the loss of this Golfing legend, because his memory quite literally fills the halls of the beautiful and historic resort.
